Discord statBot update: checking SBD, Steem and Steem/SBD ratio
In my previous post, I made a bot that are able to query the tags used on steem and the payout of it and check details of a person.

Today, I added new features to the existing bot, where the idea is from @davidke20.
About statBot
Since most of us are on discord all the time, won't it be nice that everything can be done on discord? Therefore, I had the idea of creating a bot that solves my problem, and maybe others too!
This bot runs on Digital Ocean server and used Node.js as the language to program this bot. This bot make use of Steem API, CoinMarketCap API and SteemSQL (MSSQL).
The new features
This new feature make use of coinmarketcap API
- Check Steem price to USD
- Check SBD price to USD
- Check ratio of Steem/SBD
Upcoming To Do
- Add support for other cryptocurrency
- Add support for other currency (MYR, AUD)
- Generate graph for visualizing the ratio of Steem/SBD
- Add Test and Error Handling
Command
Type .ping to get bot reply 'pong'
Type .user <steem_name> to get details of that person
Type .ratio to get steem to sbd ratio from coinmarketcap
Type .steem to get steem price from coinmarketcap
Type .sbd to get sbd price from coinmarketcap
Type .tag <tag_name> to get details on votes, comments, topics and pending payout of that certain tag in past 7 days
Type .info to know more about this bot

Is it possible to write a bot that can extract ratio of Steem/SBD in internal market ? Even better if it can plot Steem/SBD historical price chart in internal market. 🙂

I just got started building this 2 weeks ago, but I'm leaving Malaysia next month, so my current goal is to finish this project before leaving. Not sure anyone want to take on this.
