steemit.com should start post view and viewing rewards for content creator and post viewers

steemit website where my suggestion is the reward section to add additional reward system which call --- post view and viewing rewards

My Proposal

>For content creator-

after one week post on steemit have no any additional value . so content creator creator think only short term popular list post. want to get some quick popularity and money.
they have no interest to create some thing great post in steemit. which helpful for people for long time.

>For content viewer -

generally most of the viewer visit the post which post age no more than 3/4 days. because they want to some curation rewards.

after the weekend they have no interest to view or like comment share this post .

Possible solution could be

So steemit should add this additional rewards for its user. viewer check the view box after reading a post .

start a new tab i view it in the near of upvote tab. viewer check the tab i view it and post view is count by this way.

in every post show how many time this post view, by the viewer check box, i view it and viewer is count in a post by this way.

For every new 1k view of post reward 1 SBD, distribute that , the viewer, who check the bow i view it and the content creator in 50/50.
