Bug : booster is showing wrong voting percentage on steemit.

Expected behavior
Steemit is a popular social media platform
where anyone can reward by sharing good content.
First interface build on top of Steem blockchain.
We can generally check votes and correct voting percentage
on any post when we click on the "votes" section bottom of the post.
Actual behavior
I saw a post booster upvoted 100% upvote on this post.
And even booster commented on this post that
"This post has received a 100.00 % upvote from booster "
I have checked booster 100% voting worth on steemnow.
I found that that was wrong voting percentage of booster.
I am sorry for unable to show this bid from steembottracker.
Because this round is closed already.

Open your browser.

Check the booster comment on this post.
Click on the "votes" option to check how much percentage vote booster upvoted on this post.
Check booster 100% upvote worth.

@therealwolf 's created platform smartsteem scammed my post this morning (mothersday) that was supposed to be for an Abused Childrens Charity. Dude literally stole from abused children that don't have mothers ... on mothersday.

Hello @akbarbadsha, this is not a bug as you thought.
The above screenshot showed that @booster received a 770411SP delegation from @fyrstikken at 2018-05-22 at 05:10:12.
This is the reason for the 200+ 100% upvote worth on steemnow.
Prior to the delegation, the 100% upvote worth was 40+ as shown in the post.
However, with the recent delegation which was hours after the post has been upvoted the 100% upvote would have been 200+.
In simple terms, the rise in the upvote worth was caused by the 770411SP delegation from @fyrstikken today.
