And oddly enough, I'm also having the same proportions on chrome devtools when I select iphone 5/SE
Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, it's really doing my head in lol. I might take up your suggestion of creating a task request so someone can fix it (and some other features I don't want to implement myself).
