Open Source Radio Logo contribution
I found this request from @jedigeiss on the utopian platform. About a logo based on the original utopian logo for a radio show.
Font used : roboto
Small edits
Small alteration
Color variations
After reading all the special requests I came up with this. The logic about it is that the open space behind the eye has become a vinyl record and I added a radio antenna 😊. It also took me a while to clean up the small inperfections on the original logo.
Extra proof provided below. The logo is a combination of 4 pieces. The utopian logo with a small alteration to make the antenna combine better. The vinyl record in the back that is a circle with other line circles in the middle. The antenna a curved line with a broadcast boll on the top. And a roboto font for the P.A.L linked on the shape of the utopian logo.

sorry for reacting so late ;)
I know that there has been a lot of discussions lately about the quality of graphics and everything, the graphic team is doing a very good job here and have to deal with a lot of interesting contributions.
Since iam the owner of that and I did not clearly state that only super professional contributions could be made Iam taking this decision upon myself and say that this can be approved.
Dont get me wrong, the graphic moderators have to be tough and this is my mistake not theirs.

Sometimes there are, but i cant recall. And no acces to utopian on the phone ;)

And here we go again. On what basis do you say the quality aint good enough? It is a logo, it should be clean and simple.
They specificly asked to take the utopian logo as a basis.

Since when is a radio antenna always straight?
First radio i found on google
Yes those lines might be small. But that is easyly editable. So i don't feel as that should be a reason.
The proof of work is in the original image. You can see that i first added the vinel record. Then i started to play with the antenna. And as the final thing i made it flow out of the logo.
The font is roboto (a free google font).
This is just silly. The hole logo is curved and you are telling me i should straighten the antenna? This is what i call artistic freedom.
If i need to look at others i need to say there are worse things approved.
The font can be downloaded from google itself. It is a free font. And i don't believe i have the right to redistribute it without written consent from google. But everyone can freely download it.

Downvoting moderators will not solve anything. You got the vote and @jedigeiss also replied to you. Until it is said otherwise, the moderators can decide if any post can be upvoted or not.
I did not believe that post deserved a upvote. No appoligy or explenation. Just a "jedi said it is ok". In my opinion that should not recieve a upvote.
The reasoning a moderator can choose whatever he wants is not correct at all. It gets decided diffrently for everyone then. One mod does this the other does that. Not efficient or fair!
The moderators are here also to "decide" the quality of the work. The moderator told you the reasons why he saw your work as not good enough. The antenna part may be really subjective yet it was not the only reason why your contribution got rejected. The Utopian post is not a requirement to participate in the contest.
You ask the same question again but it was already answered. It is also written in the contest post that not everyone may be upvoted.
It does not say that you will be upvoted or that you have to be upvoted.
However, it appears that you like to threaten the moderators. It is really unfortunate to hear that you do not like Utopian but you forget that the upvote is not for everyone. But if you cannot control your temper, it might be better to take a pause from Utopian for a while instead of downvoting others and threatening them.
Why do i even bother responding to this. I am stil waiting for a decent enough explenation. Yet i recieve the same one over and over. Think what you think.
More and more people get irritated with the high and mighty flings of the moderators. There is no consistency at all. One mod might approve, the other not. Because there personal opinions count.
That is wrong.
P.S.: i did not threaten anyone. I said i would take action when there was no reasonable explenation given. I downvoted because of that. I did not recieve that explenation. Point made and closed.
