2DTanks button contribution
@ady-was-here requested some buttons for his 2d tank game. The topic can be found here
I created a audio button aswell. But i forgot to save the psd file :'(. If you choose to use it let me know and i recreate it asap :)
My idea was to get some sort of damaged button. With some of the favorite colors of ady-was-here. The concept is simple and clean, as I believe a over complex button takes away from any game. Simple is good. And the complexity can be found in the border and the easy to change button colors in the psd file.
For this design I used photoshop. The easy to change colors is what makes these buttons. You can just take a paint bucket and change the colors. As everything is done with layer masks. A layer mask is a shape above a color in this case.

Hehe ty. As it is for someone who does not know how to create graphics. I tought it was wise to do it like this. In that way he can change colors if he so desires without to much of a issue :)

I know you put alot of work in it, sadly some of your contributions where not approved because 1 mod found it not good enough. They shouldnt decide wether they like it or not to approve it or not. It should play a part. If it is clear you've put energy in it, it si a contribution. There will always be people liking it and others who don't. in french they say: les gout et les colours on ne discute pas!
Wow did not know you spoke french. But i agree personal opinions should not be used to decide if a contribution is good or not. Technical and preference from the demander is what it takes.
