How To Create A Logo As Folded By Using GIMP

Hallo Steemian !!!
On this occasion, I will share a tutorial on GIMP applications. That is how to make a logo like folded. Hopefully, this tutorial can help you in using GIMP application.

Editing steps :

  1. Open the GIMP App.

  2. Create new Image.

  3. Select the size to use.

  4. Select the image you want to edit, then drag it into GIMP.

  5. Press "Path tool", then Select the part you want to make crease, I make in the bottom left corner

  6. Cut on that section.

  7. Then paste it again. And change the color to white, because the color is essentially white.

  8. Then Flip the image by selecting "tool", then "transform tool, then select" rotate ".

  9. Will appear as below. Fill "angle" with size 180.

  10. Will be like the picture below.

  11. Then make new layer, select "layer", then select "To New Layer".

  12. Next set the fold position the way, select "Move Tool", then slide the land.

  13. Then create a new layer with the same pixel size as before.

  14. Then select "Airbrush Tool", and make sizes to 50.

  15. Next Select on second layer, then choose "layer" - "Transparency" - "Add To selection".

  16. Next Select on the third layer, then choose "layer" - "Transparency" - "Add To selection".

  17. The final step, select the third layer, then select "Airbrush Tool". Then press "Swift + drag the line".
