Esteem app bug: signup not working

Good evening, there is a bug i noticed today on esteem app.

how i came across this bug

I introduce a friend to steemit today but was very sad that his phone couldnt load steemit page because it show blank, so i sent him esteem app through xender so we can use it for registration, we installed and went to the add account section

So we click the sign up button on his phone and i was surprised not showed, which mean it isnt working. So i decided to give it a try on my esteem app and it shows the same thing not working. So m bring this forward and makimg it known to the esteem community. We want something done urgently so new members will be able to register through esteem app and not on steemit site alone
