Suggestions are minor features/enhancements that you would like to have in an Open Source project.
Suggestions may be only related to the technical aspects of the project not process or organizational issues.
CV manager is a tangible support for the app. Excluding the said CV manager is not just an enhancement or feature it a recreation or development of the app
