About the reviewer rewards, I think you said it all, It takes time, and extra findings to do reviews. Also, The voting percentages set by Utopian for quality contributions are very high. So, people complaining should work harder to provide better quality contributions.

Please note that while the CM hasn't changed the footer, I am not scoring #iamutopian posts based on the questionnaire.
