New project: Helping Billionaires invest in Steemit 100% upvotes for contributions
Lets help billions come into the steemit market
The purpose of this project to allow large funds to flow into Steemit minimising market disruptions.
I work with family offices that manage the money of ultra high net worth individuals. I sat down with a fund director and asked him what would stop ultra high net worth individuals from investing in Steemit. The answer was immediate and clear LIQUIDITY. Ultra high net worth individuals an enviable problem.
Problem Statement:
Due to the large size of the investments the investor can move small markets violently as the investment swamps all available offers. This leads to the investor paying what is known as a "Liquidity premium". Once the investor is finished buying the tendency of the market is to go down as the extra demand has disappeared. It looks like a spike in the market, violently up and down
Proposed Solution:
By automating the buying process with some code we can let the investor spread their investment over days, months or years. This will remove the spikes replacing them with constant buying pressure for Steem over a longer period.
I think both the investor and the steemit community as a whole will benefit from this project.

what would be the solution to solving their liquidity concerns?
I have put up the pseudo code at the below link. To summarise it involves dividing the large amount into 100's or even 1000's of smaller transactions that automatically are placed by a bot over a longer period of time. The bot can check to see if the market is moving before it makes a bid and if it has moved more than the user wants it pauses itself until a more normal situation occurs.
