dPoll updates: poll create button, sentry integration, pagination and redirect url

I made some changes on the dpoll side this week. There were some basic needs. I've been involved in a few issues and have made development. I am also continuing to make a few development.
Poll button
The poll button for the user experience has been moved to the sidebar.
Sentry integration
I have integrated sentry which is a system that captures errors for a regular development environment. It can be set as optional. It is not necessarily a mandatory for the sentry to be removed in the local environment.
Pagination
As the project grew, there was a need to view past records. Added pagination for this.
Redirect to Steemit page
Polls are displayed in a special format for dpoll. I needed a link to see the poll for steemit. Added a link to steemit.com
