PROGRAMMING CHEATSHEETS: AND MIRRORING WEB SITES FOR OFFLINE ACCESS.

I have discovered that most newbies in programming, are having issues with solving various problems due to minimal information available to them, or they are just like me, who get bored reading thousand of pages of documentations or pdfs regarding a given language, and you might want to perform a various task, with two or multiple languages, and you dont have the whole time in the world to start reading thousand of pages. At that stage, all you need is to lay hands on cheatsheets, diagrams or a short pdf, explaining a method.

I have made this post to bring to the notice of programmers, the essential cheatsheets to have, especially for newbies in programming generally.

I have surfed the net, and came up with the best site to get the best cheatsheets available, and how to access it in offline mode.

STEP ONE

• visit BEST CHEATSHEET

if you have access to internet on a regular basis, you might not want to go on to the next step, as I explain how to get access to the site without internet access, and still surf the site like you are connected on the internet

STEP TWO

If you already have HTTrack, you might want to skip this second step.

• DOWNLOAD HTTRACK This link downloads the latest version of Httrack directly to your system for windows users.
• DOWNLOAD HTTRACK This link downloads the latest version of Httrack directly into your Linux/OSX/BSD/Unix Users

• After downloading, you will install into your machine, as the installation is quite basic. Just keep clicking next, till the installation is over. 😊

STEP THREE

In this step we will mirror the site, to gain complete access, and get access to every web page in the site, without internet access. Lets go! 😉

After installing the Httrack, you will open it by double clicking on the desktop icon, and you will see something like this.👇

Click the next button, and you should arrive here ! 👇

The next thing you will want to do is to fill in the project name, project category and the path, and click next. You should arrive here. 👇

At this point all you have to do is just to paste the url of the link in step one and click on the next button. You should arrive here. 👇

Just click finish, and you are good to go. just like that, and you should see that the webpage is mirroring. like this 👇

It will take a while to finish mirroring the site, just wait till its done.
