Although I can see that this particular user behaviour may be confusing for a user and I can understand why you reported this as an issue, I can see from the GitHub issue the project owner has responded that they're aware that this area of the application is not functioning as you'd expected because this particular feature has not been implemented yet, it's because of this, this particular issue cannot be considered a bug within the application. You can avoid situations like this in the future by waiting for the project owner to reply prior to making your contribution to Utopian.
