This is not a bug and is expected behaviour. You can see within the email your recieved for beta testing that they currently haven't implemented comment functionality.

This is quote from the email:

!!! Please, note that at the moment not everything might work as expected since this is beta. We still have not implemented commenting functionality. Only upvote and feed view. More to come a bit later.

I would recommend waiting until the developer acknowledges you issue before posting to Utopian, as in the scenario where it is a bug you will be able to recieve higher rewards.

With all that said I am seeing some improvements in your contributions formatting and styling, keep this up for your future contributions.
