Thanks for your contribution, I was able to replicate this issue on Android 9.0 on eSteem Mobile 2.0.6.

Your steps to reproduce were easy to understand and the GIF you added made this very easy to figure out, you didn't necessarily need to eSteem Surfer GIF, however, this does help provide some additional context into the issue and what the expected behavior actually is.

Some of your description of the bug should really have been included in the expected behavior rather than the description, only a small issue though.

I'm not sure you're technical background, do you have experience with JS or react? One way I could see you improving your scores considerably by looking into the cause of the issue.

Once again, great to see the project owner acknowledging it prior to contributing to Utopian, this is great practice.
