Within the Utopian guidelines, we recommend the following:

To be considered for a potential reward, submissions should only relate to bugs on the latest released version of the application. Users may need to download and build the latest version to ensure that they run the latest build provided in the project repository.

Without providing the application version number this makes it hard to understand if you're the latest version of the application.

You could score higher in your future contributions by providing insight into why this issue is occurring and how this could be resolved.

Although I don't believe this issue is currently apparent for all users (judging by the reaction of the PO) I believe this will create a confusing experience for those who experience it, and overall it isn't a common issue that users would be familiar with.
