Thanks for your contribution, I was able to replicate the issue.

I would say that the issue isn't exactly as you've described, I believe the theme does change, however not to the colour you select and not straight after selecting it, you must go out of settings and back in, you can see a slight difference in the colour of the labels when you go back in, however they're not red as selected within your video. This might be what you're trying to say when you mentioned:

Rather if switches un-selected themes.

however I'm not 100% sure ;)

With the above said, it's great to see that the developer has confirmed the issue and that it's something he wishes to resolve, great work for adding this to GitHub.

I can see in your contribution you added the version 1.1.2, please note the latest version is 1.2, I can in your video that you're testing on 1.2, however I assume you copied from somewhere else, something to check in the future.

You could have scored more points by looking into the cause of the issue and suggesting a possible solution, maybe something to think about in the future :)
