RMS (Addition of Multiple User Login and Pages)

This is an upgrade on the open source project i uploaded about 3 weeks ago.

New Features

• Added new Users and Upgraded the login page for multiple Login
  

So students can now login as well as the admin

Students now register their courses, reducing the load on the Admin.

Now admin takes care of the Results.

Todo

• Properly flesh the user interfaces for both users.

The interface of both users when logged in still needs work and contents.

• Finish up the Approval and Disapproval of result

• Implementing fully the Permissions

This has been partially implemented (different users have different pages) but this still need working on
