Cestina language option not working

Title: Cestina Language option not working
Expected behavior
I expect every language option to work after choosing the option
Actual behavior
Cestina (Czech Republic language) language option does not work when chosen as preferred language option
How to reproduce
- Download the app from Fdroid
- Open the settings on the app
- Choose Cestina language option as your preferred language option, it wont work
- Try choosing other language option, they will work except this particular Cestina language option
- Browser/App version: Version 0.26.3
- Operating system: Android 7.0 nougat
