AndrOBD: IDENTIFY PLUGINS button does not work

Expected behavior:
I expected the user to be able to have the 'IDENTIFY PLUGINS' button enabled, I need to be able to click on this button.
Actual behavior:
When I click on the plugin manager option inside of the apps, Then click on the 'IDENTIFY PLUGINS' button, but this button does not have to work.
How to reproduce:
download the app
open it
now go to plugin manager option
and click to IDENTIFY PLUGINS
and note the bug
Browser/App version: V 2.0.2
Operating system: android 6.0
Hi @thamidur, thanks for making this contribution. I must commend how well you listed the steps needed to reproduce the error but sadly, this error is as a result of the data connection in use. It is required that you have access to the internet to call and identify plugins from a cloud storage.
Your video clearly showed you were offline. You can re run the checks, this time have your data connection active.
