It is nice idea but I guess the implementation won't be easy as there are plenty of tribes and there will be more in future. But yes, it is possible and let's hope that the PO takes note of your suggestion.
I feel that mock-ups would have been a good addition to your suggestion but I won't be scoring you very low for that.
