Discord Upvote Bot for Steemph.Cebu community
Steemph.cebu discord bot is in Teenvestors Cebu (Road to Financial Freedom Channel). This bot act as an upvote bot with a trigger of $ and can be used by approved member in that particular channel once in every 12 hours.

- The bot will upvote and comment (with @steemph.cebu's account) user's post with the command
$upvote <steemit url>. - User can only get upvote every 12 hours.
- The bot only works in a restricted channel.
- The bot will upvote and comment (with @steemph.cebu's account) user's post with the command

If your post got upvoted already / Invalid link
If the user violates the 12 hours rule
