Traditional Chinese Translation 1051 words on Consul -02

Project Detail:

CONSUL is an open-source Citizen Participation and Open Government Application, it was originally designed for Madrid, Spain in 2015. Now it is working with the United Nations Development Programme and is being used in 18 countries, with 70 million people.
The feature of the program is to allow participation from citizens in several stages: Debates > Proposals > Participatory budgeting > Voting > Collaborative Legislation.
On this platform, the most important issues can be posted, debated and voted by all, and it can be followed all the way to budgeting and even to assist in preparing legislative plans.
CONSUL encourages open participation from all citizen to all issues that they think is most important to them and the society.

I am translating from English into Traditional Chinese.

Contribution Specifications:

Before I start to translation, the Traditional Chinese stands at 0%, with nothing translated.
In the first session, I translated 1073 words, in 3 folders.
In this second submission, I translated another 1051 words in 2 folders [(1596-567) +22].

Translation Overview:

The folders I am translating are relating to Admin & Budget.
In this translation, the term "booth" is referring to the "voting booth", and "officer" is referring to the user assigned as the person-in-charge managing the booth. Therefore I translated "booth" as "投票亭", and "officer" as "官員". CONSUL provides the platform not only to raise the issue, nor the discussion, but actually try to mimic the real world in voting as well as polling. This is the context of the "booth" and the "officer". And for the polls, they even take note of the changes in trends which is the shift.
The folders I am translating are relating to Admin & Budget.
