I am translating this project called Thelia.

Thelia is an open source tool for creating e-business websites and managing online content. This software is published under LGPL.

I think this is an useful app which will help to make online shipping with easy, from taking orders to shipping. Others should also translate this project, so that the app can have a global usage.

I have been translating this project for some time, this is currently the part 17. I am familiar with the project in this sense. In this contribution, the translation is not too difficult, it contains a lot of short phrases and therefore a long time to type in a couple of words each time. There is not too many technical computer programming task, and it has a list of countries worldwide and the States in USA which is just a lot of typing.
