New features and HTML structure for new layout

New plans have been made to make 1UP more interactive for users.
@andrejcibik proposed an awesome layout, that required some changes in the code

New Features

I'm already in contact with @andrejcibik so that he can start working on the .css as soon as possible. In this update I ve added the following features:

• Top interactive menu that let the user chose beteween Now / Today / Yesterday / All time posts. The default tab is 'Now'. It shows all the posts that have been upvoted by neither the bot or the trail. The three other tabs will come later.
• The top contribution is put in highlight on top. I ve modified the steemjs query to include the post image.
• Other posts are encapsulated in a way that will make it easy to be displayed as a grid.
• The entire HTML of the page has been rewritten in this pull request

The result:

No it doesn't! I mean, kind of but it s intended, no .css for now, that will be @andrejcibik work to make it look beautiful. All the necessary HTML and js is there.

Following work

I still need to do these 3 things to make it match with the proposed template:

• Prepare the Today / Yesterday / All time pages
• Code a counter to show when will be the next upvote
• Prepare the links on hover (see post number 3 on the screenshot)
