Fixed User buttons bug

I found out that my extension was causing a problem to the User profile buttons such as Follow/Unfollow and Mute, as you can see below:

Turned out I wrapped the buttons with the rest of the user profile instead of leaving them alone. Thanks a lot to the users who report me these little bugs as they find them, it saves me a lot of time when someone explains me exactly a wrong behavior to correct.

The corrected version starts from SteemPlus 1.9.1 with this commit.

The buttons now behave correctly:
