“Current Post” Dropdown Would Give Authors More Visibility

This suggestion is about improving the posting page on the Steemit platform.

After reading an interesting post, oftentimes, I want to read more of the blogger’s work; especially posts with pending payouts, to give up votes as deemed worthy.

Currently, to see an author’s work, means clicking their profile pic, leading away from the original page of interest. This is a hit or miss endeavor, as they may not have any current posts; only replies and comments. This makes going to the site time wasted.

In other instances, an author might have five or six current posts. Once these posts make the initial dump into the 'sea', it’s unlikely they will gain significant attention for the remaining seven days. The initial pennies earned may be the extent a high-quality post nets.

For this reason, I suggest that the Steemit platform adds a drop-down tab revealing all the current posts of an author.

Once implemented:

• This drop-down menu would allow a user to click on the tab, and view other current posts of an author, in a separate window, to prevent leaving the main original blog page.

• This added exposure would extend beyond the current one-time exposure on the ‘new’ page.

• The tab would allow the work of an author to get much more attention; increasing the possibility for more up votes, while gaining new followers.
