[Hapramp] [0.0.7] Should not allow capital letter and any special character on tags field

Expected Behavior
I expected user won't be able to put any capital letter and special characters in tags field(except single -).
Actual Behavior
On Hapramp user can put capital letter and any special character as tags and also can publish it on steem blockchain. For this reason it creates a invalid tag on the post after posting. It also make the post uneditable from steemit and busy keeping same tag.
Steps to Reproduce
First of all install the app from here
Now login into the app.
Click on the
+sign located below of the app and selectBlogNow give your post a title and write something on story field and click on next.
On the field of tags, put capital letter and special character such as
!@#$^*Now click on publish to post the blog.

This is reproducible, although there is no place where it is stated that uppercase letters or special characters should be disallowed in tags.
This is a feature that was missed. Your conversation with the PO shows he didn't expect that to be an issue, confirming the fact that he never implemented this bit in the first place.
However, we can agree that he not implementing this validation led to the other errors.

I found it as soon as i opened the app but i was too lazy to enter it. Also i was not sure if the team will accept it as a bug or feature gap.
As it creates a issue while editing, so it can be considered as bug.
