Promoting SteemCasino
Introduction
Bringing awareness to Open Source Project helps increase the number of users of Open Source Project and allows the Open Source Community to develop. I played my part in this by creating awareness to the right audience required for these Open Source Project.
SteemCasino offers gambling serivces such as:
- Coinflip
- Mines
- Jackpot
- Rock, Paper, Scissors
- Poker
and many more.
All games are played with the Steem dollar.
SteemCasino is the first crypto based Casino on the Steem Blockchain
Audience
Before selecting the audience for this promotion, a lot of factors were considered. Which are;
- minimum age that is acceptable globally for intended gamblers in a real life casino
- location that is likely to have a relevant number of people interested in gambling
- gender
- special interests in gambling
With these in mind, my target audience was;
- AGE: 18-65+ years ( 18 year is the minimum age for adulthood and adults are eligible to gamble)
- LOCATION: Africa. Africa the second largest continent with over 50 countries, it is surely to contain a huge amount of interested persons.
- GENDER: Men and Women was my target audience. I included women because they too are not left out as some of them owns Casinos
- INTERESTS: The promotion was directed to people who had interest in casinos, money , gambling and cryptocurrency.
Activity
Working on the TASK REQUEST by the Project Owner, I made the AD campaign on my Facebook account. I made a post about the project(SteemCasino) which includes services the project offers. The post contains a direct link to the website of the project so as to allow anyone who come acroos the post to sign up and start gambling.
I made use of my Ad account and some specific parameters to boost the AD.

The AD reached more men than women according to the table and this shows men gamble than women.

Regarding the target audience been broad. Are you saying instead of a continent I should target country?
No, you should target the people who best match the solution you are promoting. In this case, that would probably be PC users who are also interested in cryptocoins and are also interested in gambling. If it was still too broad (over 30K potential reach or so), I would also narrow down to users who've spent money in Facebook games - these are much better customers for an online casino that just... anyone using a PC or interested in money. The location is less important than the criteria, and so I strongly recommend you do some research on Facebook audience targeting best practices for the best performance.
This post was approved in error. It should have been rejected due to lack of valid downloadable report - the file linked does not open at all.

How could you accept a project without proper verification?
Well I am sure you checked very well and all worked well when you approved.
You have been looking for a way to reject and didn't see one on till this very hour and you took opportunity of something little importance.
My advice for utopian is too sack you
If you are rejecting by this late hours, that shows you not competent enough to handle this category. This post spent over two days before you approved it. then additional 4 days then at the last our you rejecting.
You not competent to handle the category. If you work under me, I would sack you. Imagine you a doctor and made such a mistake regarding a patient life?

If a link has a problem, it worth rejecting because of that, all you need do is simply say there is a problem with the link, then I work on it.
