New account growth statistics in 2017

General

The year 2017 becomes a brilliant historical record for steemit (steam blockchain) as a crypto that offers a decentralized social media platform with a unique reward system. Steemit has received widespread attention from cryptocurrency media and from internet users in general, steemit has become a new experience in social media by offering an opportunity for every user and investor to make real money by creating content, participating and voting in post nice.

By November 2017 there were at least over 450,000 Steem accounts and by the end of December 2017 growing to over 512,000 accounts (Source : 1, 2 ), the data showed us that there were tens of thousands of new steam accounts made in each month until the end of the year 2017.

The number of new steem accounts created in January 2017 is 5.922 and based on the average count is 204 accounts / day with details of daily listed numbers as in the diagram below *

The new account created in February amounted to 3,958, down about 1,900 from the previous month. While the increase in returns occurred in March amounted to 7,265 and 7,752 in April.

Significant increase occurred in May with 20,270 accounts with an average of 698 accounts / day. June became the highest record until mid-2017 in the number of new account creation of 62,648 accounts or an average of 2,160 / day.

the number of new accounts created in the following months shows a decrease in the numbers as depicted in the bar chart below.

Since May, the creation of new accounts into multiples of tens of thousands until the end of 2017, and the highest record of creating new accounts took place in December 2017 with an average number of new account creation ranging from 2.346 accounts / day to a total of 70,732 accounts, the fantastic amount being the best record closing year 2017

When compared to 2016 data last year, the highest account-generated surge occurred only in August with the highest number of 35,076 accounts or nearly double the amount created in June of 2017.

Until the turn of 2017, Steamite and steam blockchain platforms have grown and expanded beyond expectations of its initiators. Being part of the early steemit community is a fortune, and my excitement at the end of 2017 is, I have made this simple entry at the right moment.
