Adding Drop Contribution And Timer Feature For The Moderators

Proposal
Moderators might change decision and after reserving it they might want to drop it.Once you reserve a contribution you have an hour to evaluate it.Sometimes moderators might have another job to do,they might have to go somewhere or they change their mind and think that they can't evaluate the contribution to be fair.So if moderator reserves a contribution and changes the decision and they don't want to review it,there should be "Drop contribution" button which if moderator decides to not review contribution they will click and the contribution will no longer be reserved from them.
Also after clicking the "reserve" contribution button,there should be a timer on telling how much time left to evaluate the contribution.

As a moderator adding these features would help a lot becasue when i reserve contribution and decide not to review it i want to drop it so my moderator friends doesn't wait an hour to evaluate it.Also after reserving the contribution sometimes it is hard to remember how much time it left after reserving the contribution.
