Suggestion to be able to visualize rejected contributions.

Components

This suggestion aims to add a function to help visualize the rejected contributions in the repositories of each project so that users can obtain more information when making a contribution.

Proposal

I propose to add a history of all the rejected contributions, since he noticed that a large amount of contributions have been sent for proposing contributions that have already been carried out.

Personally, in my last contribution, although I reviewed all the publications that were in the project repository, the Utopian.io page does not allow us to see the ones that were rejected.

Mockups / Examples

Although it is a contribution in its technical majority, I will add a demo of how it should look once my suggestion is applied.

This would show all the contributions that have already been approved, those that were rejected and that are still awaiting revision.

Benefits

This would bring as a benefit:

• Poder reviews all the contributions made in the projects and thus be able to find out more quickly if someone has already made a similar or equal contribution, since currently we can only see the approved contributions.
