- Rework collecting transaction (Now use MongoDB for storage all operations in history account (Every account has own collection in MongoDB) )
- Change load direction (From current to old transaction)

I planned to rework collecting data, in the end, but a lot of transactions in witnesses accounts forced me to solve this problem now
