Drop down menu not scrolling properly

I want to report a bug for steemit.com/condenser regarding the drop down menu.

After I open the menu and then scrolled down the page, I noticed that the drop down menu is not behaving properly.

As you can see, the drop down menu is moving along with the page.

The floating drop down menu should have a fixed position and not scrolled together with the page.

Here can be observed that the position of the drop down menu is changing, when I scroll down and up the page.

When I scroll down the page, the drop down menu follows the scroll.

When I try to scroll up the page, the menu changes again its position.

Here can be seen that some of the menu items are not visible, while scrolling up the page.

Eventually, the menu items disappear completely.
