Translating Node.js to Arabic - part 1 - 685 word
Repository
Project Details
node.js was first launched in 2009 from that time till now the project has gained millions of users and became one of the most active projects.
there are some big companies/projects that use this project some of these companies are PayPal, LinkedIn, Mozilla, and Netflix. with all these huge companies using this project or let's say framework, more and more people try to learn how to use it, some of those people are Arabs ( people who speak Arabic ) some of them are not very good in English so they look for Arabic documentation and other stuff about this project, and this is why I wanted to help translating this project to help my community ( the people who want's to understand how this framework works )
Contribution Specifications
- Translation Overview
This is my first translation on the Node.js project.
The file that I have translated explains how to submit issues on the node.js repository, I translated all the strings and changed them with the correct Arabic words, some of the strings can have different translations but same meaning, so I suggested some different translation to make the sentences look good and official
- Languages
This project was translated from English to Arabic, before this project I worked on many other open sources projects like busy.org, utopian, steemit white paper and blue paper and other projects.
- Word Count
The total words I translated is 685
685 = countable words
in some strings I suggested more than one translation, All the suggested translations are correct, if we counted those suggestion the number of words I translated will be 749 words
