Means there is a translation category in which one can translate into any language or other language to English may be...?

Normally the translations are 'from' English to another. Any Open Source application can be translated.
The data is sourced from the same location as the Stewards and Curation posts, and much can be found and analysed by all with access.

Oh that's cool. I want to know about the upvote criteria what is the perfect time to upvote someone may be between 25-30 minutes after the post uploaded? I read your previous blog but could not understand this point, plz! explain it Asher :)
20-30 minutes is best I think. Lower than this and you are giving some of your curation rewards to the author. And higher than this and most of the auto-votingn is complete and you may be behind the bigger votes.
for utopian-io posts though, you will certainly be ahead of the biggest voter (@utopian-io) and so should receive some rewards here.
