I was not able to reproduce the bug
As a proof i am linking my post on steepshot which i uploaded recently just 1 min ago. there was a delay in posting. But eventually it got posted

you can look there. Non-reproducible bugs or one time bugs cannot be accepted here. we are required to reproduce each bug before we accept.

I eventually fixed the problem. If you take a look at the beginning the picture is around 10MB of size. The plattform cant handle this big images. When downscaling to around 4MB it worked fine. I also did not found an offical size limit.
I do have the exact same problem on my Windows 10 and Firefox 58.0.1 (64-bit).
Uploaded a Post and everything was cool, the next upload 2 minutes later and i got stuck in the "uploading forever" circle.
Cant create new posts on steepshot since .
