Custom Themes

Since Steemit is a crossover of blogging and social media platform, why not make it more personalized?

A lot of the other social media and blogging platforms implement this so I don't see why Steemit wouldn't.
This is having an option to customize themes for our profile page to show more our personality especially that we now have a night mode option meaning that steemit is capable of having customized themes.

The link option can be placed in the home on the right side.

Or an extra tab in your profile

But I think it would be best for it to be a drop down menu in the settings tab.

In this way, the tab spaces are used efficiently and don't take too much space on your profile page.

Now, let's look over what it could look like if we have a theme section.

There would be 3 main tabs on the page.

The standard would be for users who want to use the basic theme that Steemit uses with color options.

And then the repository would look like this as sample below where users can choose the theme they want to use anytime.

The second one is custom themes where themes like gaming or photography theme can be added for users to choose.

having a really customized theme will make my profile shine because it shows other people my personality. Like I could have a gaming theme or maybe even a complete change in the entire layout, the possibility is endless.

And the upload tab is where users can upload themes that are outside of the repository. This would be great for web designers who can showcase their talent and maybe sell their themes for other users on Steemit. Like a combination of homesteading and a travel theme etc. Like I said before, the possibility is endless.

And in case you're wondering, a theme marketplace can also be created and can be find in the upper right corner.

And finally, if ever that let's say you don't like the theme of another user, there could be also be an option to view their profile as standard too.

I apologize for the poor graphics as I am a beginner at this but I'm pretty sure all the great artists and designers here on Steemit can visualize it better than me.
