dapp.knownorigin.io Couldn't Find My Account After signing in.

Expected behavior
I expected it to recognized my account after signing in with MetaMask.
Actual behavior
It doesn't load my account or give any notification that i have successfully signed in with MetaMask. it gives this error message Looks like we can't see your account, have you logged into your wallet yet? 🔐
How to reproduce
head to dapp.knownorigin.io to Login with MetaMask
Reload then or click on account.

Although I wasn't able to replicate this issue, based on the project owners response this is an issue of importance and it has been acknowledged as a bug, great work.
It's awesome to see that you're following up with the project owner privately, nice job, this really shows how happy you are to help the open source community.
Your contribution was straight to the point, however you should also included pre-requisites in the post, this should have contained the details surrounding metamask.
You could have scored more points looking into the cause of the issue as well as providing a potential fix for the issue.
