Byteball v 2.4.0 - altcoin exchange bot fails to generate wallet address for exchanges

Expected behavior

Byteball-Altcoin exchange bot ought to generate addresses for coins exchanges.

Actual behavior

It keeps replying An error has happened: "An error encountered while address generation. Please try again later."

How to reproduce

Launch then click on chat > Bot Store
Locate byteball altcoin exchange bot then click to add
Try exchanging Gbyte to btc by replying the bot with to <BTC address>
this way to btc 3G7oSzWDjwFzJmPXRwBtkVVAkHySS75aj9

App version: byteball 2.4.0
Operating system: android 8.1 Oreo. Tecno camon X pro

Hi @rufans, thanks for making thins contribution.

I was able to reproduce the behavior as you have described. This behavior seem to be a network related issue, not necessarily from the application itself. Either that or its from the bot, now the bot on further research seem to be powered by changelly.com . So this can be from the exchange end.

The post follows the bug hunting guidelines. Though I would strong suggest that you include with your subsequent reports - a technical analysis, suggesting the possible cause of the error and also proposing a fix. This infact would increase your score.
