NASA plans to send mobile water production machines to the moon

According to the current plan of NASA, rovers or travelers will be able to produce their required water on one moon day. Engineers finalize the design of a lunar resource, which is in search of valuable mineral deposits, which is expected to travel to the moon land in the next decade. Once it is ready and will be operational, then Rovers can play an important role in establishing a long-term settlement on moon chest.


Luna Resource Prospector NASA is part of NASA's In-Situ Resource Utilisation (ISRU) strategy, which is used not only to protect and settle the lives of other planets and moons, but also to carry out these transport work from the Earth.


We can not hope to be colonized in Mars if the colonists can not carry their long-term equipment. That's why a colonial team needs to be self-sufficient as soon as possible.


As part of self-sufficiency, NASA's Lunar Resource Pressector plans to send a robot machine to the moon. When the Lunar Resource Prospector arrives on the moon, the solar powered rover will conduct the search of water, hydrogen, and other substances inside the earth. Just like the people have been doing it for thousands of years, now that work will be done through advanced technology.


The key to this technology is the neutron and infrared spectroscopy, which can be used to determine the use of fuel and light, and what is made of the soil and stone material.

There is also its own stove for digging and heating the Moon soil. If the presence of chemicals in different precious minerals is possible through this oven, it will try to draw water from it.


But if everything goes on plan, scientists are going to see water for the first time in any planet outside of Prithvi. Robber must be adapted to these terrains of rock, uneven shield and less gravitational environment (one-sixth of Earth's gravity). Current samples of NASA can deal with shields up to 25 degree corners.


If the Lunar Resource Pressector campaign is successful, it will provide many useful information to the scientists. Through this, you will be able to do a detailed study of how to get water from the moon and other planets and to collect it for future human activity.


The last moon of humanity was on the chest in 1972.
