There is much unfairness on the current questionnaire that sometimes lead to awesome contribution's score to get lower.
I wonder if this could be fixed on the new set of questionnaire

• If the translator translated 1300 words with 3 mistakes LM are grading the translation good or sometimes average depends on the accuracy of translation, but even the translation is accurate you may only grade it as good with some minor imprecisions because there are 3 mistakes made by the user,
  Example 2: the translator accurately translated 1,034 words LM will grade them as accurate,. while the translation is only 1,034 words vs 1300 accurate translation lets say the string contains 20 words each with the string that has an error, there still 1,150 accurate translation that scored lower than the 2nd example. We Should also Consider in scoring the number of words that accurately translated by strings vs The total words translated

Lack of communication inside the team.

• there should be a weekly meeting on the DaVinci too. there are many advantages to having a meeting on a discord server.
  LM's and Translator will get to know each other.
  They could share ideas and tips for making fewer mistakes.
  brainstorming etc.

Some of the team has a lot of translators

• the translators for each team should be balanced, I'm not saying all the team should have a maximum by numbers while it is helpful we can instead choose the numbers by the demand the language needed.
