You are new to Utopian, we will give you some guidelines so that you know what the requirements are for the Video tutorial category:

• End-user focused tutorials must provide clear instruction of substantial project functions that are unique to that specific Open Source project and essential learning requirements for end-users.

• In the long 25 minute video, we have a hard time understanding what you are saying at times. Video tutorials must be presented in an organized and well prepared fashion. Presenters must speak clearly and professionally.

• Perhaps in the future, you need to draft out an outline as you give teaching in the tutorial. This will help you present the tutorial in a structural manner. Videos that are incomprehensible is of no value to learners.

• Also in your 25 minute video, at the end, you discovered that you had made some mistakes earlier and you tried to correct it to get the result you want. Here is an example of a bad video contribution. You don't expect your users to go back and backtrack the mistakes. When crucial mistakes such as the one on the video, you need to re-do the video and take out the mistakes so as not to mislead the learners from the beginning.

• You need to work on your overall presentation and structure of your teaching. When outline is not structured in presentation, it becomes a waste of time for you to do the tutorial and for learners.

• Video tutorials should bring out insights to the Open Source Project but you have spent a greater part of your time showing what to do on screen but without proper explanation of the technique that is unique for the Open source project.

Please make some changes so that you can produce video tutorials that meet Utopian guidelines.
