The post may be one of the following: (1) Project Promotion, (2) Project Introduction, (3) Development Log. Regardless of the type of the blog post, unique and insightful editorial content in a professional format are expected, ideally with high-quality visual supplement.
• Project promotion contributions must include author's personal experience with the project. Blog post with information processed from official sites and materials, and with no additional value will not be accepted. General promotion posts about the projects are not allowed. Only promotion of new features, events and innovations of the project may be approved.

Clarifications and Suggestions:

• Blog posts category in Utopian are meant for 3 types of acceptable submissions. Only one of them are open for people other than project owners and collaborators: Project Promotion Posts. As stated in the rules quoted above, project promotion posts are under some limitations, they should be about new features, events and innovations of the project and contain detailed overviews. Brief introductions to some open source projects don't really add value to any particular project, as it should be, in this case OpenCV.
• I suggest re-reading category rules before contributing again in the future. Utopian blog posts category isn't meant for general open source blogging, instead for some accepted types of direct contributions to the open source project with the linked repository.
