I finished translating 655 words in Hour of Code Part 22

The Hour of Code started as a one-hour introduction to CS, designed to demystify "code", to show that everyone can learn the basics.And broaden the participation to all races, gender and ages. It has since become a worldwide effort to celebrate computer science. The Hour of Code is a global movement reaching millions of students in 180+ countries. Anyone, anywhere can organize an Hour of Code event. It is now are available in over 45 languages. No experience needed. It is also for all ages.

I already translated 10,929 words in last part in this file en.yml, i added 655 words for this part. I translated a total of 11,584 words out of 32,232 strings from English to Filipino. It shows that the progress is about 1%, from 49% to 50%. See the photos below for before and after:

The apps & games were created for the student to develop their skills in programming and their logical ability by solving the puzzles and mazes. This technique will be an easy way for the educators to teach their students and spark thier interest in learning programming.

            But i think @rosatravels my post is from old rule. As i read now the new rules it is different. I'm asking for a re-check. I posted this contribution before the new rule was implemented.
