Introduction
Hello everyone!
Welcome to my 29th translation for the Node.js project.
Today I finally finished the big and feared buffer.md and I started a new file, but this time to relax a bit I chose a little shorter file, so much so that I finished it in this same post: writing-and-running-benchmarks.md.

Project Details
Node.js is a JavaScript runtime built on Chrome's V8 JavaScript engine. It uses a non-blocking event-driven I/O model, which makes it a lightweight and efficient framework. I believe in open source projects and I think it's essential to work on this great project because the package ecosystem of Node.js, called npm, is the largest ecosystem of open source libraries in the world.
Given its importance, its translation into many languages is almost due.
I'll use my skills to make an high quality translation and maybe to learn something more about Node.js world.

Translation Overview
This is my 29th translation for the Node.js project.
As I said today I finished the buffer.md file and I chose a new shorter and faster file to do: writing-and-running-benchmarks.md.
I met specific words but I got along pretty well and I'm satisfied for the final result: 2294 total words (file completed) and 1456 clean words.
In this 29th part I translated how to write and run benchmarks in Node.js Core managing all the file paragraphs, especially the prerequisites, how to run a benchmark and how to create a benchmark.
A very interesting file, well structured and well explained.
