1. Install audacity and also open it. If you did not have the latest version of audacity please download it here :

2. Load the audio file by follow the gif below, on this tutorials I take Kalimba Audio on windows 7 as example ;
   
3. See the Kalimba audio Time before change the tempo on the screen shot below :
   
4. To change the tempo please click on the audio file and press CTRL A and Go to Effect and click change tempo.
   
5. Final step, Save the audio by click export and choose OGG or WAV.
