Quite Universal Circuit Simulator is very useful in making different electronic projects and simulating each output. The only lacking is that it has no PCB (Printed Circuit Board) layout function. After simulating the different electronic projects, and found out that it is gives the desired output, then the last action will be making a PCB circuit lay outing. The problem is the QUCS application does not have that feature.

For example, I have a simple inverting amplifier circuit as you can see below. After I simulate the circuit and I found out that it is the desired output signal. So now I will proceed in making the circuit layout in the printed circuit board.

As you can see in the recent QUCS application, it does not have tools in PCB layouting.

So here is my suggestion

This is the icon of the PCB layouting that must be included in this software to have a better service to the users. Once added, if clicked, it will direct to the PCB circuit layout in which the user will design their circuit diagram.

The QUCS software will now look like this below

If the users will start PCB designing, they will just click on it and it will display like this below.

Though this area they will create or design their circuit layout.
The layout sample will look like this.

Conclusion

In creating electronic projects, it is important to have a PCB designing tools in order to design the circuit properly before creating it in actual printed circuit board. PCB designing is an art, so users will be able to utilize the software and gives project contributions using this application.
