Bonita is an open source software and also an open business process management and workflow platform, bonita application was made in 2001. Starting at the French National Research Institute for Computer Science. In 2009, the Director of BPM division, Miguel Valdes Faura and his team set up Bonitasoft, the company continues to develop an open source platform and make it available in both free open source community edition and commercial subscription edition.
